Search engine optimisation (SEO)

You’ve invested thousands of pounds in an award winning website, great! But what’s the point if you’re not getting any visitors?

If you’re serious about building a successful website, you need to make sure it does three things:
  1. Your website needs to be content rich and relevant. Websites that have detailed and regularly updated information on a specialist subject are more likely to achieve a high search engine ranking.
  2. You need to make sure that your website is accessible so that both search engines and visitors can easily find the information on your website.
  3. You need to make sure you have high quality inbound links from other websites. Relevant external links pointing to a website are seen as votes of confidence in it by the online community. The more good quality inbound links a site has, the more credible it is perceived to be by the search engines.
Most importantly, you need to hire a search engine expert who knows what they are doing!

There are two common misconceptions about search engine optimisation:
  • “SEO is a black art”
  • “I need a six figure budget and a computer whizzkid to get to the top of the search engines”.
In fact you need only one thing.... Experience, and that’s where we can help you.
